Description
Beaten and left with a half-paralyzed face, Evie Wilson becomes a recluse, interacting with the outside world exclusively through the Internet. But even after her face is restored by surgery, Evie must still maintain her role as the shopkeeper of Shadowland, a website that sells faces and bodies to users interested in building avatars. However, when her test subjects for the avatar designs start turning up dead, Evie turns to homicide detective Noah Webster for help.
