In Grizzly Falls, Montana, Detectives Selena Alvarez and Regan Pescoli are called out on one of the most bizarre cases of their illustrious careers. Dr. Kacey Lambert is struck by the uncanny resemblance between herself and two dead women - one a B-movie actress and the other a schoolteacher. One of the corpses contains traces of poison, but Detectives Alvarez and Pescoli can't establish a motive. The case turns when Kacey realizes that the man she just started dating also had links to the two dead women.
